Yes, we regularly provide custom training services to organizations. For these arrangements we charge a day rate, which gives our client a chance to control participant size.

Yes, we offer TMG Certificates upon completion of our training programs. For individual courses we are willing to work with our clients to determine what qualifications are critical for a custom Certificate.

Both! We regularly go on-site for our clients around the world. We also offer our training on all virtual platforms

In our training programs, we collect baseline data (skills and behaviors) from our participants and then immediately repeat the process post-program. For some programs we repeat this process a second time, about three months post-program.

Speaker Coaching focuses specifically on developing an individual’s communication, influence, and presentation skills. We train individuals to craft influential messages, engage target audiences effectively, and refine their delivery, preparing them for deliveries on stage, in meetings, or virtual settings.
Executive Coaching, on the other hand, is a 1:1 coaching relationship that supports the leader in enhancing their overall effectiveness. This includes areas like strategic thinking, decision-making, leadership presence, and interpersonal skills.
While both can overlap in areas like confidence and communication, Speaker Coaching is targeted on persuasive presentations and Executive Coaching on overall leadership development.
