Navigating Difficult Conversations

This course focuses on the key fundamentals between behaviors (as evidence) and traits (what we might use to describe behaviors); and how to identify and use specific behavior pattern evidence in difficult conversations. This course will give participants a chance to analyze the cause of difficult conversations, and how to navigate them while they are happening. Developing a plan, active listening, and managing emotions are practiced in group exercises and role plays. In addition, participants explore the possible outcomes of avoiding difficult conversations.
