Financial Services
(Too Big to Fail)

Course Type: Case Study

This case study leads off with an interactive role play in teams of 5 to 7 participants. Teams represent financial services CEO’s in 2008, who are brought together to examine how to save Lehman Brothers. Teams are challenged with changes, twists, and availability bias, as they fight the clock to determine the best course of action. Final solutions are read to the Press (other participants), who challenge with questions.
