Networking & Relationship Building
Course Type: Training Course
Participants build a networking and relationship plan that identifies subject matter experts, connectors, decision makers, and influencers. Various networks and communities are reviewed and analyzed, from internal to external. Plans to develop networks and scorecards are part of group exercises; in addition, participants apply techniques in a ‘speed networking’ exercise.
