Meet Michael
Michael Meliniotis spent 20 years in the financial services industry in various roles across three regions. He is the Founder & Principal of The Melini Group, a global organizational development company focused on leadership and management development.
Michael started his career as an Application Developer, designing and developing fixed income derivatives systems on JP Morgan’s proprietary trading desk. He then joined Morgan Stanley, where he led international Learning and Development practices for Information Technology.
As an Executive Coach, Michael believes in a development needs analysis with measurable targets through 360 discovery interviews. Michael fosters management and leadership styles that are adaptable to company culture and flexible enough to handle situations and conditions. As an experienced international manager, he aligns culture and style in his coaching to ensure results are accurate, relevant, and practical.
