For the past 8 years Liza has been the Founder and CEO of Lightman Advisory Inc., a New York City-based consultancy, conducting market, competitive, and digital analysis for clients across art, design, and technology sectors. In her work, Liza analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities for market optimization across a range of industries. Her clients include corporations, academic institutions, and charitable organizations.

Through coaching, she works with executives to understand their decision framework and underlying motives, keying on patterns throughout the weeks, ultimately driving towards successful deliverables.
