Kate Dugan is a seasoned executive with a passion for individual growth and development. She believes that careers can have many chapters, and that both work and life benefit from the meandering path. Currently, she advises and consults with corporate clients and non-profits on a wide range of business topics, including employee development, leadership, product innovation, and process design.

Most recently, Kate served as the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Product and ESG at Beyond Meat from 2020 to 2024, an alternative protein company revolutionizing the food industry. In this multifaceted role, she was a strategic advisor on innovation, creating processes and structures to deliver new products to market.

She is particularly proud of launching several new products, developing a strong team of middle managers, and spearheading initiatives that advanced the company’s environmental, social, and governance goals.

An accomplished athlete and passionate about the potential for human growth and development through sport, Kate has completed an Ironman triathlon, numerous marathons, and endurance races. She founded and coached Team Lipstick, a triathlon training program aimed at encouraging more women to participate in the sport.
