Course Type: Case Study

This situational storyline of an evolving culture depicts the impact and transcendence of implicit bias at the NASA workplace in the 1960’s. Bias contributes to inciting incidents and actions through three individuals who hold key relationships with NASA leadership. As change begins to take place, participants are asked to identify which biases are at play and what should be done to make sustainable change. Participants are asked to examine their ability to identify implicit bias and develop a sense of impact on culture and goals.

Objectives
